The General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Returns apply to all purchase orders placed through the b2b.runbott.com online store, owned by KINETICO SPAIN, SLU (hereinafter “we” or “Kinetico”), by our customers (hereinafter “you” or “Customer”) and establish the rights and obligations of the users of the website.

The Customer declares that he/she is over 18 years of age and that he/she has the legal capacity and capacity to act sufficient to sign contracts of economic content.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Returns are supplemented by the Data Protection Policy and the Cookie Policy. By using this website or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these policies.

The General Conditions of Sale and Return and the prices of our products on b2b.runbott.com may be revised by us at any time without affecting current orders.

The Customer undertakes not to place any false or fraudulent order and, in such cases, Kinetico reserves the right to cancel the order and take appropriate action.

Your data

The personal data you provide us in the purchase process or previously will be treated in accordance with the above policies. By using this website you consent to the processing of your data and declare that all the information you have provided is truthful and corresponds to reality.

In case the Customer wishes to modify any of the data in Kinetico’s system, he/she will have to contact Kinetico.

Product availability and validity of the offer

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that the products are not in stock or if there are difficulties in supplying them, Kinetico will contact the Customer and reimburse any amount paid in this respect.

Any offer made by Kinetico is subject to the term indicated or, failing that, for the period available to the Customer.

Prices

The prices on the website are in Euro currency and include Value Added Tax (VAT), excluding shipping costs and any other taxes which, when applicable, will be indicated separately.

Kinetico reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, such changes will not affect orders that have been confirmed.

Methods of payment

Kinetico will only accept payments made by credit or debit card, ………………………………… .

Payment by credit or debit card: the cards accepted are Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, xxx. In this case, the charge is made online, that is to say, in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data communicated are correct.

Invoice

Kinetico will issue the corresponding invoices for each order placed. The Customer authorizes Kinetico to issue the invoice in electronic format. If the Customer wishes to receive a paper invoice, please contact us.

When is an order placed?
Any order will be considered firm 1 hour after we send the order confirmation to the email address you have specified in your runbott.com customer account. This order confirmation email is sent automatically once the payment has been successfully completed. If within half an hour after creating your order on runbott.com you have not received our confirmation email, please inform us immediately by writing to info@runbott.com.

When an order has been placed but you change your mind, can you cancel it?
Yes, but you only have 1 hour from the moment you receive our order confirmation email to request the cancellation of your order. To do so, please write to us at info@runbott.com specifying your order number in the subject line like this: “REQUEST CANCELLATION ORDER NUMBER _______”.

Once we have received your cancellation request email, if it is within the allowed timeframe (1 hour), we will proceed to cancel your order from our database.

Where and how are orders delivered?
Orders will be delivered anywhere in the Spanish peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands (for now Ceuta and Melilla are excluded) within approximately 72/96 working hours if all products are in stock at the time of order preparation. If there is any incidence of stock in our warehouse we will contact you via email (to the email address we have by default in our database) as soon as possible to inform you of the incidence and the approximate delivery time, as we will always try to deliver the complete order.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries due to major causes beyond our control.

How can I find out the shipping costs?
The transport cost will be calculated when you specify the delivery address of the order. You also have the option of coming to our logistics center (C/Finlàndia, 1, corner c/Alemanya, Pol. Ind. Pla de Llerona, 08520 Les Franqueses del Vallès, Barcelona) to pick up your order free of charge.

We inform you that shipping will be free of charge in the following cases:

– on orders over four hundred euros (400 €), before taxes, for deliveries to the peninsula;
– on orders from five hundred euros (500 €), before taxes, for deliveries to the Balearic Islands;
– on orders from nine hundred euros (900 €), before taxes, for deliveries to the Canary Islands.

The delivery times indicated are approximate and Kinetico will endeavor to respect as much as possible the expected delivery date. Kinetico will not accept penalties and declines all responsibility for delays in delivery due to force majeure or causes beyond the company’s control. In the event of a delay in the delivery date indicated, this shall not entitle the customer to cancel the order or to claim any compensation from Kinetico.

Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the product has been delivered to the Customer or to a third party indicated by the Customer acquires material possession of the order, evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Kinetico is exonerated from any responsibility for the impossibility of delivery of the product in case of error in any of the data provided by the Customer.

Liability for defects

Upon receipt, the Customer must check that the products delivered are in good condition and that they correspond to the order placed. In case of any incident in this regard, it must be noted on the delivery note of the carrier and communicated in writing to Kinetico within a maximum period of 24 hours. Once this period has elapsed, the Customer shall be deemed to be satisfied with the delivery of the order.

Kinetico’s liability is in any case limited to the contractual price.

Exchange or return

The exchange or return of the products upon agreement between Kinetico and the Customer upon request by the Customer. In any case, the request for exchange or return must be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer.

In any case, in order to accept any exchange or return, it will be necessary to comply with the following requirements:

Products must be in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging.
The products must be free of defects.
Personalized products and sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons and have been unsealed after delivery cannot be exchanged or returned.
The request for exchange or return must be made within the time limit.

The shipping costs of the products to be exchanged or returned shall be borne by the Customer. Exceptionally, if you have received a defective product or one that does not correspond to the purchase made and the Customer decides to return it by mail, he/she must include proof of shipping costs in the package. Once the condition of the products has been verified, Kinetico will reimburse the Customer for the amount of the returned products and the corresponding shipping and return costs.

Upon receipt of the products to be exchanged or returned, Kinetico will verify their condition and only when they are in perfect condition will proceed to exchange or refund the corresponding amount. The refund will be made with the same payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the exercise of the right of withdrawal was reported.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer will have to contact Kinetico by sending the withdrawal form, which is available on the website, duly completed or through an unequivocal statement indicating the decision to withdraw from the contract. Kinetico’s contact details are available at the beginning of this document.

Warranty

Kinetico covers a warranty of 3 years from the date of invoice of the product to the Customer. In particular, it shall be liable for any non-conformity of the products when this relates to the origin, identity or suitability of the products in accordance with their nature and with the regulations governing them. It is an essential condition for the activation of the warranty, the correct compliance with the conditions and instructions for use indicated by Kinetico. In order to activate the warranty, it will be necessary to prove the defect to Kinetico.

In order to process the warranty the Customer will have to provide the invoice of purchase of the product.

The warranty does not cover circumstances resulting from normal wear and tear of the product or when the defect is the result of improper use of the product by the Customer.

Products and intellectual property

The description and technical specifications of the products included in the online catalog, data sheets or others are for guidance only and are not binding.

The photographs, images and graphic material contained in the website and online catalog are the property of Kinetico and are protected by the Intellectual Property Law.

Any third party shall refrain from any treatment of the images that appear in the indicated catalog, consisting of their reproduction, manipulation, distribution or public communication without the prior express authorization or consent of Kinetico. Failure to comply with this prohibition shall entitle Kinetico to exercise the actions provided for in the Intellectual Property Law and the adoption of the precautionary measures provided for therein.

Kinetico reserves the right to introduce partial or total variations in the products without prior notice.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The legal relations between the Parties shall be governed by Spanish law. Any action that may arise from the relationship between the parties shall be subject to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.

Runbott bottles, cups, glasses and containers, as specified on the instruction sheet contained inside at the time of purchase, must be used in a specific manner to ensure their proper functioning and long life. That is:

WASHING TIPS: Wash your Runbott item and its lid or cap with warm water and soap. To wash the inside, use a soft bristle brush with an elongated handle: our cleaning kit is perfect for this purpose. Avoid hitting the inside of the article with metallic or sharp elements. Do not use bleach or chlorine products for washing and cleaning. Do not use disinfection and washing systems with high temperatures (boiling, steam or microwave). We advise you to wash by hand to preserve the aesthetic characteristics of your Runbott. Dishwashing may damage the paint or finish.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:

Runbott bottles, cups, glasses and containers, as specified on the instruction sheet contained inside at the time of purchase, must be used in a specific manner to ensure their proper functioning and long life. That is:

Do not put the item in the microwave or oven to heat its contents.
Do not put the item in the freezer.
Carbonated beverages may generate an overpressure inside that could affect the mechanism and functionality of the stopper. When the item is not to be used for a period of time, it should be washed and dried before storing it uncapped in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and nearby heat sources.
Steam from very hot beverages may generate an overpressure inside. Unscrew the cap slightly to depressurize the interior before drinking.
Your Runbott is not a toy. Uses other than those indicated are considered improper or potentially dangerous.
