General terms and conditions of sale and returns

The General Conditions of Sale and Returns apply to all purchase orders placed through the runbott.com online store, owned by KINETICO SPAIN, SLU (hereinafter “we”), by our customers (hereinafter “you”) and establish the rights and obligations of web users.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Returns are supplemented by the Data Protection Policy and the Cookies Policy.

The General Conditions of Sale and Return and the prices of our products on runbott.com may be revised by us at any time without affecting current orders.

When is an order placed?
Any order will be considered firm after 1 hour after we send the order confirmation to the email address you have specified in your runbott.com customer account. This order confirmation email is sent automatically once the payment has been successfully completed. If within half an hour after creating your order on runbott.com you have not received our confirmation email, please inform us immediately by writing to info@runbott.com.

When an order has been placed but you change your mind, can it be cancelled?
Yes, but you only have 1 hour from the moment you receive our order confirmation email to request the cancellation of your order. To do so, please write to us at info@runbott.com specifying your order number in the subject line like this: “REQUEST CANCELLATION ORDER NUMBER _______”.

Once we have received your cancellation request email, if it is within the time allowed (1 hour), we will proceed to refund the amount you have paid through the same payment channel (bank card or Bizum) you have used. Your order will then be cancelled from our database.

Where and how orders are delivered?
Orders will be delivered anywhere in the Spanish peninsula and Balearic Islands (currently excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) within approximately 72 working hours if all products are in stock at the time of order preparation. If there is any incidence of stock in our warehouse we will contact you via email (to the email address you have specified in your customer file) as soon as possible to inform you of the incidence and the approximate delivery time, as we will always try to deliver the complete order.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries due to major causes beyond our control.

How can I know the shipping costs?
The shipping cost will be calculated when you specify the delivery address of the order. You also have the option of coming to our logistics center (C/Finlàndia, 1, Pol. Ind. Pla de Llerona, 08520 Les Franqueses del Vallès, Barcelona) to pick up your order free of charge.

We inform you that shipping will be free on orders from fifty-five euros (55 €) for deliveries to the peninsula and from fifty-eight euros (58 €) for deliveries to the Balearic Islands.

When you receive your order, you can return what you think has not arrived correctly?
You have a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days (i.e. including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the day of receipt of the order to verify that the products received are in perfect condition and that there is no error in the order.

In order to exercise the right to enforce the Warranty, the items to be returned must comply with the following Warranty terms:

– Products included by mistake in the shipment, or incomplete order shipment.
– Products that have arrived to you defective.
– Products that have arrived damaged.

To do so, send us an email to devoluciones@runbott.com (within 14 days) specifying in the subject line the number of your order like this: “INCIDENCE ORDER NUMBER _______”. In this email we would appreciate it if you could tell us what is wrong with the material we have sent you and attach some pictures of it. Once we receive your email, we will study your case as soon as possible and we will answer you if it is in accordance with the terms of the Warranty.

If we consider that the case is within the terms of the Warranty, we will either refund the money you have paid for the item or we will send you the replacement item at our expense. In addition, we may ask you to keep the defective item so that we can collect it from you at our cost if we consider that it may be of assistance to us for an internal review.

It could also be that when we receive your email with photos and explanation, we have doubts about the warranty. In that case we will pick up the item at our cost and once we receive it we will check it. If we consider that the case fits the Warranty then we will proceed to refund the money you have paid for that item or we will send you the replacement item with all costs at our expense.

If upon receipt of your email with the photos and explanation or if upon receipt of the item in question and after checking it is deemed not to be a case that fits the Warranty, we will not be able to refund your money or send you a replacement item.

In the event that the defect exists only in a part of an item for which we have spare parts, we will send you only that part as a replacement.

In any case, we will not be able to accept returned goods without prior written authorization from us.

If you change your mind, can you return any item?
If you have the legal status of Consumer or User, under current law, you can also return one or more products (or all of your order), simply because you want to, without having to give us any justification for it. That is, in essence, the right of withdrawal recognized by the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU), approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (Articles 68 and following and 102 and following).

But remember that you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the products, and these may not be customized products, may not have been used and must be in perfect condition and have all its accessories and documentation (instruction book, etc.). It is also necessary to return its original box and original labeling.

In any case, please remember that we cannot accept returned goods without prior written authorization from us.

But what if a problem arises after 14 days from the date of receipt of the order?
If what happens is that a defect arises during the warranty period (3 years from the date of receipt of the order) the products do not have to have suffered misuse nor can we cover the replacement of parts or items subject to natural wear, lack of maintenance, shock and other lack of conformity resulting from improper use of the article. The recommendations for use can be found below.

In any case, please remember that we cannot accept returned goods without prior written authorization from us.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:

Runbott bottles, cups, glasses and containers, as specified on the instruction sheet contained inside at the time of purchase, must be used in a specific manner to ensure their proper functioning and long life. That is:

Do not put the item in the microwave or oven to heat its contents.
Do not put the item in the freezer.
Carbonated beverages may generate an overpressure inside that could affect the mechanism and functionality of the stopper. When the article is not to be used for a period of time, it should be washed and dried before being stored uncovered in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and nearby heat sources.
Steam from very hot beverages may generate overpressure inside the Runbott. Unscrew the cap slightly to depressurize the interior before drinking.
Your Runbott is not a toy. Uses other than those indicated are considered improper or potentially dangerous.


WASHING TIPS: Wash your Runbott item and its lid or cap with warm water and soap. To wash the inside, use a soft bristle brush with an elongated handle: our cleaning kit is perfect for this purpose. Avoid hitting the inside of the article with metallic or sharp elements. Do not use bleach or chlorine products for washing and cleaning. Do not use disinfection and washing systems with high temperatures (boiling, steam or microwave). We advise you to wash by hand to preserve the aesthetic characteristics of your Runbott. Dishwashing may damage the paint or finish.
