We recommend rinsing it under running water after each use, and it can be washed with a little mild dishwashing liquid and warm water. With the help of our cleaning kit, which you will find in the Accessories section, you can leave your Runbott products free of dirt and grime with a minimum of effort.
To soften stubborn dirt, you can use a tablespoon of baking soda and fill the bottle with very hot water. Let it cool overnight and then wash it as usual.
To eliminate unpleasant odors that may arise with continued use you can fill the bottle with warm water and add a few drops of bleach. Let it stand for 15 minutes, empty and rinse the inside well before using again.
Most of the Runbott range is made of 304 stainless steel, except for the City range, which is made of 316 stainless steel. Plastic caps and plugs are made of polypropylene.
It is not recommended to wash the body of the bottle in the dishwasher as it could damage the paint and some of its components.
No, Runbott products are not microwaveable, with the exception of the Runbott Lunch inner bowl.
We do not advise you to put your Runbott in the freezer as you will not notice any cooling of the contents. This is due to its double-wall vacuum insulation, which minimizes temperature exchange with the environment.
