Purposes of treatment

Personal data obtained by KINETICO will be processed for the following purposes as applicable in each case:

– Manage, where appropriate, the contractual relationship contracted between the interested party and KINETICO.
– To respond to the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition and others provided for later in this Policy as well as queries and claims that may be made by interested parties.
– To send information to interested parties about news, offers and promotions of KINETICO to users who have expressly consented to this shipment.
– To attend and respond to doubts and queries raised through the web page, including work requests made through the same.
– Manage the registration to training sessions and courses organized by KINETICO.

KINETICO will keep the data provided for the reasonable period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were provided and, in any case, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, without prejudice to their retention to meet claims or make them available to the competent authorities when this is necessary. In the latter case, the data will be kept in a blocked manner until the end of the statute of limitations period, at which time they will be deleted.

The basis for legitimizing the processing of data by KINETICO is as follows:

– Express consent of the interested party: consisting of the consent given expressly and explicitly by the interested parties through the contact form on the website, in response to the exercise of the rights of the interested parties and the queries and claims made by the interested party among others that may exist. Consent may be revoked at any time.

– Execution of the contractual relationship: in relation to those data that are obtained by virtue of a contractual relationship and that are necessary to be able to execute the contract and fulfill the obligations foreseen therein.

– Legal obligation: in relation to those treatments required by law such as invoicing, tax returns, procedures related to money laundering, among others.

– Legitimate interest: where the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, provided that such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

Data recipients

In no case will the data be transferred to third parties or transferred to third countries without the prior express consent of the person concerned. Notwithstanding the above, the personal data of the interested party may be transferred to public administrations and agencies when required by law.
