Where and how are orders delivered?

Orders will be delivered anywhere in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands within approximately 72/96 working hours if all products are in stock at the time the order is prepared. If there is a stock issue in our warehouse, we will contact you via email (to the email address we have on file in our database) as soon as possible to inform you of the issue and the approximate delivery time, as we will always try to deliver the complete order.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

How can I find out the shipping costs?

The cost of transport will be calculated when you specify the delivery address for your order. You also have the option of coming to our logistics centre (C/Finlàndia, 1, corner of c/Alemanya, Pol. Ind. Pla de Llerona, 08520 Les Franqueses del Vallès, Barcelona) to collect your order free of charge.



The delivery times indicated are approximate and Kinetico will endeavour to respect the expected delivery date as far as possible. Kinetico will not accept penalties and declines all responsibility for delays in delivery due to force majeure or causes beyond the company's control. In the event of a delay in the indicated delivery, this will not entitle you to cancel the order or claim any compensation from Kinetico.

Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place at the moment the product is delivered to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer who acquires physical possession of the order, as evidenced by the signature upon receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Kinetico shall be exempt from any liability for the impossibility of delivering the product in the event of an error in any of the information provided by the Customer.
